Payment Policy

Credits

Notifications operate using a credit system. Each notification may consume one or more credits depending on the service configuration.

Small payments

Payments may be for small amounts. Processing fees may apply depending on the payment processor used.

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added according to the tax settings configured in the platform.

Refunds

Credits used for a notification that has already been sent are generally non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed technical error or contrary administrative decision.

Payment processor

Payments may be processed by an external provider such as Stripe or any other provider configured by the administrator.
